He's already got the players to be reasonably clear of the bottom but he hasn't got the tactical ability or motivating skills. I didn't realise that in 11 years at Everton he didn't have 1 away win in 43 matches against Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea and l.iverpool. Says it all.

I agree Moyes doesn't have the tactical ability to get this squad of players working as a team to stay out of a relegation fight let alone become a top ten side .

I agree,it`s a damning statistic.I don`t think Big Sam did either with us,but did it with his other clubs.
The season he went to Utd Everton beat them home and away for the first time in 44 years. Its difficult to be very enthusiastic when you look into his record after Everton. One of the criticisms of him at Utd apparently is that he had a defeatist attitude when playing sides such as Liverpool etc
