I think if you watched our recent game against them, he was head and shoulders above Diop & Ogbonna. Proper nasty defender which tbh is probably what we need.

Too true mate,he's a class act and should have been in the England team along with Pope.. Southgate doesn't have a clue..If he leaves us I will be gutted , but 20 million wouldn't buy his left leg.. . It will be another relegation fight for us again this season and I think time is running out for us.. We haven't improved our squad whilst every other club is investing especially those dirty Yawkshire Kunts Leeds.. Lol

No club should ever buy a Burnley defender. Their inadequacies are covered up by the amazingly negative tactics employed by Sean Dyche. 9 man defences cover a lot of players faults.
Put a Burnley defender in a team that actually tries to attack and they will be exposed terribly.

Maybe he would. But, imo, more likely he wouldn't. There's a reason why a bloke who's 28 in a couple of months, has never played at the very highest level. I've only seen Tarkowski in games when he's played against us plus of course the usual highlights, so I'm in no position to analyse the bloke properly. But I stand by my comment that Diop will achieve more in the game than Tarkowski will.

I unfortunately do not know anything about him save that he is a right back for Bologna who can apparently player in the defense as well as a defensive midfielder.
