Football is back, I am back well and truly sound. Will be a difference atmosphere and hope West Ham will be fully ready for the hard 9 games ahead.
Squad:
Fabianski
Fredericks
Diop
Ogbonna
Cresswell
Soucek
Noble
Rice
Antonio
Haller
Fornals
I am not 100% sure how Moyes will pick, depending on players fitness and readiness as a game against Palace this weekend will show who will be ready.

Well done Ibbs, excellent intro. It's good to have a match thread to get the place up and running and it's good to have you back with your quiet observations.
It would be nice if I had memorised all the players squad numbers for this one, but I haven't and will have to rely on their on-the-field uniqueness to identify.

You have omitted Bowen sir, is he injured ?
It seemed a long time ago since West Ham last played, hopefully the players will be ready for the hard 9 games..
"I am always correct", but "if I am wrong", please refer to the first phrase.
A bit depressing looking at the suggested line ups and seeing Fredericks and Cresswell as FBs and Noble in CM. up against the likes of Traore and Neves.
Unduly pessimistic maybe but I don't see too many points from our first three games back tbh.

Fredericks is the only one who could live with Traores pace.
2 wins in the friendlies is ominous, can only go downhill from there!!

He might be able to live with his pace. So could Usain Bolt. But Usain's skill level might let him down. As , no doubt, will Fredericks.

Traore the magician? He's not exactly blessed with the best ball control and whilst Frederick's tackling leaves a lot to be desired I'd rather have him on the pitch against Traore than Zaba or even Ngakia
