It was your Granddad and Great Uncles that would say Britain won it :) I was at primary school in the early 60's Terry and history was taught as a very general subject covering a period from the fucking first ...

Whiskyman wrote: Thu Apr 25, 2019 11:04 am Seems strange, but the PFA team is voted for by the players and so I guess we have to accept they know a little bit about the game. Unlike the press boys whosaward for some reason is still regarded more highly.
He must have paid a few to boost his already massive ego ;) :D

Re: A change of the times

Somehow,someway...we, the UK has managed to get it as good as it get's,first to admit it's not some kinda utopia..but people are in cloud cuckoo land if they think that's achievable. Not gonna happen.. The World has way way to many probs, for us to live apart from it,it affects us,nothing we can do....

Pogba Named in PFA Team of the Year...

Is it April Fools Day? :? :? :? https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/48028713 I think the rest is about right. Re: Maybe a good idea..5 down,5 up?

Two up two down, no play-offs. That's just a scheme to fleece the public out of yet more money and extra profits for Sky. If a team finishes up to 15 points behind the automatic promotion places, why should it be given a second chance ? Maybe a straight two-legged play-off between 3rd bottom and 3r...

Re: Girls Footie

An FA own goal.

On the Sunday, you may have got 50-60,000 there, now they will be lucky to get 15,000.

The idiot that made the decision needs shooting.

Re: A change of the times

The FA have decided, in their infinite wisdom, to stop the years-old tradition of leaving a bottle of bubbly in the dressing room at Wembley for the FA cup winners in respect of the fact that some of the team may be Muslim. Next season an expert on political correctness has recommended sales of por...
