Re: Is It Time To Bin "Bubbles"

Now you gonna be put in stocks in the middle of our pitch and pelted with rotten tomatoes. To even suggest such a thing!! As many have said, Claret and Blue is our blood but Bubbles is the air that circulates it. And long may it continue. Only the stocks and rotten tomatoes? I was expecting worse t...

Is It Time To Bin "Bubbles"

Just about to go into what promises to be a long (and boring) meeting so I thought in my mischievous way, "Why not stir up some controversy"/ I'll probably get pelters but, hey ,what the hell. My question is this. Is it time to scrap our famous "Bubbles" anthem? Personally I thin...

Re: Re : English Media Arrogance

I remember seeing us play in a 4 team tournament in Gent back in 1982 (showuing my age). We had a few days in Ostend and travelled to Gent on matchdays. Still remember the Jupiler beer. First class stuff imo. ...and that's what our club have denied us,the game, beers around the back streets, frolics ...

Re: Re : English Media Arrogance

We're not unfortunately. Because we couldn't beat a team we should have absolutely played off the park because we play in the PL and they're only in the Romanian League. Oh, hang on, wait a minute-----. We lost to Astra GOO GOO who play one of the Gent teams in Feb 2017...and the other Gent team - ...
