I was under the impression that one of the authorities insist that seats have to be under cover. So they'll have to extend the roof too. We get soaked in the front row of the West stand when it rains at the moment anyway... But to be fair, I did in the front row of East stand at Upton Park too...

They will appeal, which will delay the ban and give them this summer window. Then it will be reduced to 1 window which will be January next season, when no big teams really buy anymore anyway.
